- JAMB score 150 points and above.
O/level five credit sciences (Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.) - Candidates without JAMB SCORE need not to apply.
- The candidate must be physically and Mentally fit.
College of Nursing and Midwifery Gombe Post Basic Nursing Programmes Entry Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least five (5) Credits at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WAEC, NECO and or NABTEB.
- A combination of WAEC and NECO is acceptable.
- NABTEB cannot be combined with WAEC or NECO.
- The candidate must be a registered Midwife with a current practising Licence etc.
College of Midwifery Gombe Basic Midwifery Admission Form Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least five (5) Credits at not more than two (2) sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WAEC, NECO and or NABTEB.
- A combination of WAEC and NECO is acceptable. NABTEB cannot be combined with WAEC or NECO.
- Candidate must be within the age limit of 17 – 35years and physically fit etc.

Application Fees
- Therefore, interested candidates in that ND/HND programme are to pay only a JAMB screening fee of two thousand naira (N2,000:00), excluding e-service charges.
