Role Summary
- The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promotes Konga and its products and services.
- He/she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies; - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience; - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Professional Skills & Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years digital marketing experience, preferably in an ecommerce environment, technology and/or marketing sector, agency experience is a plus.
- 5+ years of developing and executing successful online direct marketing programs (paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, mobile app)
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress or related CMS, Google Analytics, Salesforce or related CRM, SEO, SEM, HubSpot or other marketing automation platform, and all social content platfor
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Proven working experience in digital marketing - Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
