This is to inform all graduate of either OAU that the OAU Transcript Online Application Portal has been made available for Applicant who wish to get their record submitted to same Institution or another Institution for either PGD, Masters (MSc). or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme. The requirements and Procedure for online application and payment are all listed below.
It’s very much important that all who wish to send their OAU Transcript sent to their Secretary of Postgraduate Studies all will be done with just a single proceedure all will be sent within 48 hours. How to Apply for OAU Transcript Online Application
- We request that all transcript applicants read the following guidelines carefully before commencing a transcript application;
- Institutional (not personal/ individual) email address is to be submitted for official transcripts.
- Application and payment should only be made via tps.oauife.edu.ng. Payment of cash to any individual, company or agent is prohibited.
- Transcripts that are requested for personally will be marked “Student Copy”
- All details are to be filled in correctly.

How to Apply for OAU Transcript Online Application
This is to inform all students and alumni of Obafemi Awolowo University as well as the general public that the approved channel for making transcript applications is at tps.oauife.edu.ng.
- First visit the Application Portal
- Then create an account using a valid email address and password
- Then fill you matric number
- Proceed to generate invoice and make payment
- Get back to fill your details and submit.

- Transactions with any individual, agent, or company through payment of cash or any other means outside of the approved channel are prohibited.
