NUBAPOLY Admission List 2024/2025 ND and HND Status

This is to bring to all prospective student that the NUBAPOLY Admission List is being released for all who took part in the post utme. Follow the steps as listed below.

Therefore, If you are among those that are given Providential Admission after you must have checked the JAMB Admission Status and school notice board for NUBAPOLY Admission List. You are to go for payment of acceptance fee, clearance, registration and school fees payment.

How to Check NUBAPOLY Admission List

Go to Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic admission status checking portal at https://nubapoly.edu.ng/students/check-admission.

Supply your JAMB registration number in the required column.
Finally, click on the Check button to access your admission status.
The registration exercise is scheduled to commence on Thursday, 21/04/2022.

Successfully admitted candidates are advised to:

Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
Print their original JAMB results (this comes with passport photography affixed to it).
Apply for a change of course on the
JAMB Portal in case they are offered courses different from the ones they initially applied for.
Candidates not yet admitted should note that admission is in progress, and regularly check the JAMB site and the polytechnic website for their admission status

How to Check NUBAPoly HND Admission List

Go to the NUBA Poly admission status checking portal at https://nubapoly.edu.ng/students/check-admission.
Enter your application number in the required column.
Finally, click on the Check button to access your admission status.

Note:
You will be issued an original Admission Letter on successful completion of screening to enable you to register within the period specified below.

You should bring scratch cards for School Certificate (i.e O level) where applicable.
You should bring along all your original and photocopies of your credentials, five (5) passport photograph and a letter of undertaking to be of good behaviour.
The accommodation fee is =N=5,000.00 (where available and on the basis of first come first served).
Please note that registration by proxy is not allowed.
So do not give anybody money to register for you

Acceptance fees: =N=5,000.00
Registration fees: =N=100,000.00
Bank Charges: =N= 200.00

HND Candidates:
Acceptance fees: =N=5,000.00
Bank Charges: =N= 200.00

NUBA Poly Acceptance Fee Notice

Please carefully study and follow the registration procedure as outlined below.

If you encounter any problem along the line, please contact the Office of the Academic Secretary at the Main Campus for possible guidance.
Visit www.nubapoly.edu.ng to print admission notification from the internet using your application number.
Proceed to the office of the director of the school you are admitted to, for the first screening and collection of an admission Letter.
Proceed to the bank indicated on your admission letter to pay your registration fee using the admission letter. The bank will issue you a customised teller and receipt for this purpose.
VIsit www.nubapoly.edu.ng to print the payment acknowledgement and course registration (Form C).
Proceed to the Registration Officer at the directors’ Office for documentation.
Return the central file to the registration Officer and Submit the departmental file to the department accordingly
