How to Apply for Ilaro Poly Admission Form ND

Federal Poly Ilaro Post UTME Requirements.

Candidates who chose The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro as their 1st choice and whose score is not below 150 in the 2023 UTME.

Candidates who did not choose The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro but are ready and able to effect change of Institution to make The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro their First Choice Institution.
Candidates are expected to complete the Screening Form online following the procedure below.

Federal Poly Ilaro Post UTME Form ND Application Fee

Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Post UTME form is N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only and should be paid to the authorized bank including United Bank For Africa (UBA) Plc, WEMA Bank Plc, SKYE Bank Plc, UNION Bank Plc, Ilaro Poly Micro-Finance Bank, Access Bank Plc, Ekuombe Micro Finance Bank, Zenith Bank Plc.

How to Apply for Ilaro Poly Post UTME Form ND

Instructions to Candidates
Log on to federalpolyilaro.edu.ng.
Click on “College Portal ” on the main menu.
Scroll down to “New Application”
Click on the “Generate Invoice” button.
To generate your invoice fill in your Name and other details (as you have them on your credentials) and select your programme and Course of study.
Proceed to the bank with the invoice generated. Pay at the bank and obtain RRR NUMBER.
Return to the portal, repeat steps 1-3 above and click on the “Fill Application form” button
Enter the RRR NUMBER obtained from the bank
Complete the application form.
Scan and upload the following :
a colour passport-size photograph of not more than 50kb in the space provided on the online form.
UTME notification of result slip
O’level Result(s) for candidates who are not awaiting their result.
All awaiting result candidates should indicate their year of Examination and Registration Number and put (AR) in the columns provided for this purpose.
They should, however, upload their result when available.
Confirm and submit. Print a copy of the Acknowledgement Slip

N.B:
All candidates are expected to upload clear and readable copies of their credentials. Candidates whose uploaded credentials are not easily readable would forfeit their admission.
The invoice and RRR must be obtained in the applicant’s name; the invoice must be generated from the Portal. The Invoice contains the RRR to be processed. The institution shall not be liable for complications that may arise when RRR is generated, and payment is processed without going through the Portal.
Awaiting Result Candidates are allowed to submit their credentials whenever they get it. Also, obtaining a screening form is a continuous exercise.
All candidates are expected to supply personal phone numbers and e-mail addresses on their forms. However, notification of admission shall be via the institution’s website.

Departments: Agric. & Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering with options in: (i) Electrical Power and Machines, (ii) Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, (iii) Instrumentation and Control. Mechanical Engineering with options in: (i) Plant and Power Engineering Technology, (ii) Manufacturing Engineering Technology, (iii) Automotive Engineering Technology.

SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES:

Ilaro Poly HND Admission Entry Requirements

Applicants seeking HND (Full Time) Admission must possess:

1. Good National Diploma not below Lower Credit (with CGPA not less than 2.50) and basic requirements for the National Diploma Programme in the discipline.
A minimum of One Calendar year Post National Diploma relevant Industrial Experience.
Academic Transcripts which should be sent (directly) by the student’s last Institution under confidential cover to The Registrar, Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.

CANDIDATE WILL BE REGISTERED BEFORE THE RECEIPT OF THE ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT

A good performance in the screening exercise to be conducted by the Polytechnic.
Possession of the specific SSC requirements (Minimum of five credits obtained in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings), i.e. WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/GCE O’level for the course for which the candidate is applying. The SSC requirements must have been obtained before the candidate’s admission for the National Diploma that is the basis for the HND admission.

Federal Poly Ilaro HND application form fee is N12,800 (twelve thousand, eight hundred naira only).

Candidates seeking admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro are required to complete the Institution’s Application Form available online at https://applications.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng/
To obtain the admission form, visit the Institution’s website https://applications.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng/.
On the portal, click on the Applicant, then click on Generate Invoice.
Take the invoice to any of the designated banks for payment.
Return to the portal, click on the Applicant, then click fill application form and fill the form following On-screen instructions.

All HND (Full Time and Part-Time Weekend) candidates are required to bring the following to the screening centre:

Copy of Application Form print out.
O’Level Result
ND Result (Notification of Result, Certificates)
O’Level Result Checker Card/Pin (with candidate’s name)
Industrial Attachment letter (IT Letter

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR HND PROGRAMMES:

All candidates are expected to consult the institution’s prospectus on the website or in hard copy to ascertain their qualification for courses for which they are applying. Candidates should not register for courses for which they do not have the requirements. The admission of the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro is provisional; ANYTIME it is discovered that a candidate registered for a programme for which he/she is not qualified or a candidate is in violation of any of the procedures and rules thereof the admission would be withdrawn.
