• Prospective students of the PUMS and the general public are informed that the 2022/2023 PAMO University of Medical Sciences and Midwifery form is on sale. The PAMO University of Medical Sciences form costs N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira Only).

How to Apply for PAMO University of Medical Sciences Admission Form

 

1. This year’s Post UTME registration may run for one month or more. But there is no official closing date yet for the 2022/2023 UTME/Direct Entry registration. However, we will update this article once the deadline is announced.
   PAMO University of Medical Sciences screening date 2022/2023 for Post UTME and Direct Entry candidates will soon be announced.
2. The Post UTME screening exercise will soon commence.
   The screening exercise will be conducted for all UTME/Direct Entry candidates at the school campus.
3. All prospective students are advised to take note of the date and the required documents for the screening exercise once the date is announced.

 

INTER-UNIVERSITY TRANSFER ADMISSION

1. Candidates should first obtain a Transfer Form from PUMS, endorsed by the current university of the candidate before resubmission to PUMS for consideration.
2. The Form should be accompanied with copies of relevant documents and sessional transcripts from current university.
3. All processing must be completed on JAMB Portal

PAMO University of Medical Sciences Screening Exercise

 

1. Log on to the University Website, http://www.pums.edu.ng/
2. Click on Apply Now on the top centre of the page.
3. Enter your JAMB number and click on the “Check Eligibility” You will be redirected to the application form if your JAMB number was successfully verified
4. Application Form: While on this page, provide all required information and be sure they are correct before proceeding. Once submitted, you will be logged onto the PUMS Portal automatically, complete application by uploading supporting documents.

In the course of your application, a few documents will be needed to verify the authenticity of provided information.

1. Scan the original copy of each and upload to the portal.
2. JAMB Result
3. O’Level Result (WAEC and/or NECO)
4. Birth Certificate/Age Affidavit
5. Local Government of Origin
6. Letter of attestation

Method of Payment

1. Click on Make Payment
2. Copy the Bank Account no. and make a transfer or direct bank deposit of N2,000
3. Upload evidence of payment.
   Upon successful payment and upload of the evidence, you will then make final submission of your application and print the clearance form.
4. Candidates are to make adequate preparations for the mandatory SCREENING EXERCISE.
