Quest Schools Recruitment Job Duties

1. Lead and manage a class
   Identify and adopt the most effective teaching approaches for the students.
2. Monitor teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of the students
3. Plan and deliver effective sequences of lessons
   Identify and teach skills that will develop students’ ability to work independently and communicate effectively
4. Identify and teach skills that will develop students’ social independence
5. Lead a subject(s), identified area within the School Improvement Plan and ensure progress is at least Good.
6. Report Students’ progress.

Quest Schools Recruitment Qualification and Skills

1. Minimum of B. Ed, B.A (Ed), B.A in English or any equivalent Degree
2. Minimum of 1 year teaching experience
3. He/she must be must passionate about teaching
4. Completion of NYSC is Compulsory
   Basic ICT skills.
5. TRCN Certification is an added advantage.
