UNIMED B.Sc. Conversion Admission Form 2022/2023 Academic Session

This is to inform the general public that the UNIMED B.Sc. Conversion Admission Form is currently ongoing for all eligible Applicant who may wish to apply for the ongoing screening. Application Deadline has also been fixed.

This programme will be in the following Courses:

1. Community Health Science
   Environmental Health Science
2. Health Information Management System
3. Biological Sciences (Microbiology, Animal & Environmental Biology,
4. Plant Biology and Biotechnology)
5. Chemistry
6. Physics
7. Computer Science
8. Science Laboratory Technology
9. Prosthetic and Orthotics

UNIMED B.Sc. Conversion Admission Form Requirements

1. Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in SSCE/NECO.
2. Holders of Higher National Diploma in relevant discipline or
3. Holders of relevant professional certificates that are recognized as HND equivalent
4. In addition, the candidate MUST have NYSC Discharge Certificate or NYSC Exemption Certificate

How to Apply for UNIMED B.Sc. Conversion Admission Form

1. Eligible candidates should log on to University website www.unimed.edu.ng. Then, take the following steps:
2. Click on Admission;
   Click on Programme of Choice;
3. Click on PAYMENT to make payment via online payment system using VISA or MASTER Card. Note that VERVE Card is not allowed;
   After payment. Print Payment Receipt
4. Click on APPLICATION FORM with your Payment Transaction ID to complete the form.
5. For more details on payment and application, check the University’s website (www.unimed.edu.ng).

ON NO ACCOUNT SHOULD CANDIDATES MAKE PAYMENT TO ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCOUNT. PLEASE SEEK CLARIFICATION IN CASE OF DOUBT.
