FUTA Academic Calendar for 2024/2025 1st Semester

The Federal University of Technology Akure FUTA Academic Calendar for 1st and 2nd Semester 2022/2023 Academic Session has been scheduled for all freshman and Continuing Students.

The FUTA Resumption Date is fixed for 24th October 2022. All concerned are advise and instructed to hide to the management principles as updated in this platform.

FUTA Resumption Date

The Senate of the Federal University of Technology Akure, FUTA, has approved a revised academic calendar for the continuation of the 2020/2021 Academic Session.

Lectures for the First Semester will resume on Monday, October 24, 2022, with students scheduled to arrive on campus on Sunday, October 23, 2022.
On Wednesday, October 19, 2022, the Senate convened for a Special Meeting, during which they unanimously agreed to grant approval.

We hope that each student has a safe journey back to school.

Monday, 7th November 2022 – First Semester Examinations Commence
Saturday, 26th November 2022 – First Semester Examinations End

Monday, 5th December 2022 – Registration Continues & Lectures Commence
