MAPOLY Academic Calendar 2022/2023 Academic Calendar

Beginning of the 2022/2023 Academic Session

The academic session is set to commence on Monday, 21st November, 2022. This is also the start date for the payment of school fees and registration by both fresh and returning students, excluding those participating in the Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES).

Returning students, including those in full-time and part-time programs, are all fresh ND I and HND I, all ND II in the School of Business and Management Studies (SBMS), and all HND II across all programs.

Release of Examination Results

The deadline for departments to release examination results for the first semester of the 2021/2022 session is on Tuesday, 16th May, 2023.
Deadline for Payment and Registration
All categories of students are expected to have completed the payment of their school fees and registration by Friday, 19th May, 2023.

Matriculation Ceremony

The matriculation ceremony, a significant event marking the formal admission of fresh students into the institution, is scheduled for Thursday, 1st June, 2023.

Submission of Results and Course Revision

The deadline for the submission of all second semester results is on Friday, 2nd June, 2023. A course revision for all categories of students in preparation for the first-semester examination will take place from Monday, 29th May to Friday, 2nd June, 2023.

First Semester Examinations

The first semester examinations for the 2022/2023 session for all students (ND I, ND II, HND I, HND II, Full-Time & Part-Time) will run from Monday, 5th June to Saturday, 24th June, 2023.
Start of the Second Semester
The second semester of the 2022/2023 academic session, along with the commencement of registration and lectures for all students, will begin on Monday, 26th June, 2023.
