Job Brief
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant working within primary and looking for career progression?
We are looking for high-calibre applicants with excellent communication skills and passion for teaching as you will be required to teach and learn on the job with guidance.
Job Requirements
For your application to be successful, you must meet the following criteria:
- B.Ed / B.A English / Primary Education gained from a reputable Institution
- 2 years current experience working within Primary Education
Must be resident in Ibadan and be able to easily commute to Jericho, Ibadan - Must have excellent English Language skills (clear written, reading and spoken)
- Musthave well developed teaching skills in the core subject areas (English, Mathematics and Science)
Ability to write legibly and teach/learn to teach Cursive Handwriting - Be confident in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Be passionate about teaching and able to provide our pupils engaging and exciting learning experiences
Have high expectations for behaviour, attainment and progress
Have effective classroom management skills and evidence of outstanding teaching skills - Have thorough understanding of best practices in teaching
- Have an appreciation of the importance of safeguarding in educational settings.
