How to Pay UNIZIK Postgraduate Acceptance Fee School Fees and Registration Guildelines

Follow the steps outlined below and you will have a hitch-free registration.

Step 1:PAYMENT OF ACCEPTANCE FEE

Below are the steps to check admission status and to pay for acceptance

1) Visit myedu.unizik.edu.ng
2) Click on “post graduate school” on the menu tab
3) Click on check “admission status4) Then, input your application number (For Eg NAU/MSC/2395) OR 11233 for candidates whose application number runs thus, on the text field provided and click on “log in”5) Generate Acceptance Invoice and pay your acceptance fee.

Step 2: PHYSICAL / ONLINE CLEARANCE AND CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION/ ADMISSION LETTER

Proceed to the PG School with your E-Clearance Form for physical clearance. There at the PG School Auditorium, present the following:

Copy of the E-Clearance form
Original copies of all your relevant credentials (CERTIFICATES) (O/Level; TC II; NCE; Diploma, Degree, PGD, Master, NYSC Discharge/Exemption, marriage Certificate, Change of Name (newspaper publication)
Submit one photocopy of each document for verification
GO TO myedu.unizik.edu.ng to access your Admission letter,

Step 3: ACCESS THE ADMISSION LETTER AND PAY THE RELEVANT FEES AND DUES

1. visit myedu.unizik.edu.ng

2. Login with your form number and continue the process.

A. PAY DEVELOPMENT FEE

To pay the development fee (School Fees) and other SPGS service charges follow these steps:

Proceed to any bank of your choice to make your payment of School Fees.

B. PAY MEDICALS

Log on to www.remita.net
Click on “Pay a biller”On “Who do you want to pay” dialogue box, enter “Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka
”On the “Type of Service/Purpose” dialogue box, Search and click on “Medicals”For the GIFMIS Code, enter 1000031337
On the “Amount to Pay” dialogue box, type 4,000
Enter other relevant information
Click on “proceed to payment” to generate your RRR. Print the “RRR” and proceed to any bank of your choice within or outside the University to pay for your Medicals

C. PAY RESEARCH WORKSHOP FEES

Log on to www.remita.net
Click on “Pay a biller”On “Who do you want to pay” dialogue box, enter “Nnamdi Azikiwe University,
“On the type of Service/Purpose” dialogue box, Search and click on “UNIZIK PG RESEARCH WORKSHOP OPERATIONS (PhD, MASTERS, PGD) ”For the GIFMIS Code, enter 1000031337
On the “Amount to Pay” dialogue box, type 20,000
Enter other relevant information
Click on “proceed to payment” to generate your RRR. Print the “RRR” and proceed to any bank of your choice within or outside the University to pay for your Research Workshop.

D. TO PAY UNIZIK PG ACCRETION LEVY

Log on to www.remita.net
Click on “Pay a biller”On “Who do you want to pay” dialogue box, enter “Nnamdi Azikiwe University,On the ““Type of Service/Purpose” dialogue box, Search and click on “UNIZIK PG ACCRETION LEVY OPERATIONS (PhD, MASTERS, PGD) ”For the GIFMIS Code, enter 1000031337
On the “Amount to Pay” dialogue box, type 20,000
Enter other relevant information
Click on “proceed to payment” to generate your RRR. Print the “RRR” and proceed to any bank of your choice within or outside the University to pay for your Accretion Levy

E. TO PAY PG DUES

Pay through Remita the PG Dues (N5, 000)

Step 4: COLLECTION OF STUDENT’S REGISTRATION FILE

Return to the PG School Auditorium with your Student Fee Payment Receipt and collect 4 copies of the Registration File.
The file contains the
Order of Filing, i.e. a list of the documents to be enclosed in the file by the student for submission

Step5: BUILDING UP THE FILE

Enclose in the file all the documents indicated in the Order of Filing. Fill the forms and have them signed by the appropriate officers of the university as indicated on the forms.
For the SPGS FORM 005 (REGISTRATION OF COURSES(INITIAL)), go to your Department and Faculty;
For SPGS FORM 007 (STUDENT MEDICAL REPORT), go to the University Medical Centre.
Make 3 photocopies for the files after the Doctor’s endorsement.
Note that this may be submitted after registration but before the first semester examinations.

Step 6: SUBMISSION OF FILES

6.1: AT THE DEPARTMENT

Submit one of the completed files to the Departmental secretary at your Department

6.2: AT THE FACULTY

Submit one of the completed files to the Faculty officer at your Faculty

6.3 AT THE PG SCHOOL

Return one of the completed files (the original copy) to the Registration Officers in the General office (Room 2) of the PG School.
Ensure that you sign the Register at each point of submission of your completed file.
This is the last step of the registration process and signals the completion of your registration. Until this step is accomplished, your admission is still provisional.
