In preparation for the online screening, it is important to note that only those who have paid the screening test fee are eligible to participate. Participants are expected to send a copy of their evidence of payment to screening@spgs.unizik.edu.ng.
To ensure a smooth and successful online screening experience, participants are advised to observe the following modalities:
A computer (Laptop or Desktop) with a webcam and a reliable internet connection, preferably 4G, is required.
Phones or mini notebooks are not allowed for the examination.
If necessary, participants may attach an external webcam to their devices.
The camera must be turned on throughout the duration of the test.
Participants are expected to download and install the latest version of Teamviewer: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup_x64.exe.
Participants are required to strictly adhere to the time allotted for the test, which will last for 30 minutes. The system saves automatically once the time is up.
The test will be recorded, so participants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately.
Participants are advised to dress appropriately, as there will be a comparison to the picture submitted during the application process.
Testing in a quiet place without any unnecessary background noise is recommended.
Testing while in a moving or stationary vehicle is not advisable.
Participants may receive communication from the invigilator during the test, and they are expected to respond appropriately.
No person is allowed to be with the participant during the test.
Any form of examination misconduct will be met with consequences.
