STEP2: After payment at the bank, Click to Verify Payment Code & Start Fill Transcript Form.

Procedures to Appy for EBSU Transcript Online

Visit the school portal (www.ebsu.edu.ng)
Click on “Transcript Application” to visit the Transcript portal.
Click on Get Started
General Payment invoice and proceed to any Bank of your
choice for Payment or pay with any Master Card, Visa card or
ATM verve card as long as the card has been enabled for web
transactions by d issuer Bank.
After a successful payment, Visit EBSU Application Portal again, click to
verify payment code and fill the Transcript form.
Submit the form and print the acknowledgement
slip/Evidence of Application.

Note:

For fast and easy delivery of your Transcript, the FULL
Name, Address of the Institution, Country, Postal code and
Reference Number MUST be well stated. Be guided.
The University and the delivery Agency (E-JUSGlobal)
will not bear responsibility of any loss or damage caused
to anyone who patronize touts or imposters who claim to
facilitate Transcript Applications.

EBSU Transcript Online Payment Fee

How much is EBSU Transcript fee?

For transcript to be sent from EBSU to another Institution, Applicant are to generate an invoice in Transcript Application portal and make a non-refundable payment fee of N15,000 (fifteen thousand naira) only. Payable to all banks via remita.

While Transcript to be sent from EBSU to same EBSU you pay N1,000.

Requirement to Obtain EBSU Transcript Form Online

The following are required for Transcript Online Application;

A Valid Email
A Valid Mobile Number
Valid Contact Address (Please Home Address and not Church Address)
Destination Address(Please note: School’s Address, not home’s address nor office’s address)
The last Statement of Result to be uploaded at the point of the registration(formats: .docx, .pdf, note: please do not use .jpg or .png and other picture format, the system will not accept them)
Other supporting document (optional: depending on the dispatched location example Academic Records Request Form/West Form)
Credit/ATM Card for payment option (Optional)
