- Letter of first appointment and Gazette of confirmation of appointment (for Public Servants)

- Click on “Register”
Proceed to use your email and create a unique password - Verify via your email
- Payment of Non-Refundable application fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only through Remita.
- A pin would be generated to give the applicant access to the portal to complete the application form.
- Upload documents necessary
- Once done submit (Check errors and correct immediately)
- All applicants are required to print out successfully completed application forms for onward submission to their Primary Mortgage Bank for mortgage facility.
